What these terms cover
These terms apply to reloeco.com, ReloEco's website, including its sample reports, and to the BETA list you can join here. By using the site or joining the list, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. How we handle your information is explained on the privacy page.
ReloEco plans to open a separate application. It is not open. If it opens, it will have its own terms, which you will be asked to accept before you create an account there.
Who can join the BETA list
The BETA list is open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Please join only if both are true for you, and only with an email address that is yours.
What joining the BETA list means
Joining is free. It does not create a ReloEco account, it is not a purchase or a reservation, and it does not guarantee that you will be invited or when. We may invite people in any order, limit the number of places, change or end the BETA, or close the list at any time.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share the sample reports for your own non-commercial use, and link to any page. Please do not:
- submit an email address that is not yours, or sign others up without their permission;
- send automated or bulk sign-ups;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the sign-up service;
- copy the site's content in bulk, or republish it as your own; or
- use the site in a way that breaks the law.
What a report is, and is not
Suitcase reports combine public datasets, mostly from US government agencies, with information from other organisations and travel guidance written by ReloEco. A report states the date it was generated; each source covers its own period, which may be earlier. Scores are shown with their confidence and completeness and should not be the sole basis for a decision. Reports can include National Weather Service forecasts, but ReloEco is not an official forecast or emergency-warning service: for warnings and current conditions, follow the National Weather Service and local authorities.
A report is general information to help you prepare. It is not medical advice, an insurance product, or a professional environmental or safety assessment, and it may not reflect conditions as they are when you travel. The sample reports are examples, generated on the date each one states and not updated since. If a decision matters — a move, a treatment, a construction plan, or whether it is safe to travel — check current official information and ask a qualified professional rather than relying on a report alone.
Sources and other people's rights
Reports combine information from public agencies and other organisations with guidance we write. We do not control those sources, and we cannot guarantee them. Their data and materials remain theirs and are used under their own terms; naming a source shows where information came from and does not mean that the source endorses ReloEco. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Content
The text, design, and marks on this site belong to ReloEco, except material that belongs to others, such as third-party data and licensed photographs, which belongs to its owners. You may link to the site freely; do not republish its content as your own.
No warranty
The site, the sample reports and the BETA list are provided “as is” and “as available”, as an early BETA. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that information is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, or that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, ReloEco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a decision you make based on the site or a report. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change the site or the BETA at any time. When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page; the version in force when you use the site, or on the day you join the list, is the one that applies to that use.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
